The preliminary, unedited draft of the CIES 2012 conference program is now available here. The program has been arranged to minimize topic and presenter overlap while accommodating special requests that were submitted with proposals. The preliminary program is subject to change. Paper sessions, group panels, and business meetings have been scheduled. Discussants and chairs for paper sessions to the general pool will be appointed by January 21, 2012.
To change any personal information that appears in the program, including names and affiliations, log in to the proposal submission site and select “Edit Personal Contact Information” under the Submitter menu.
If you face an irresolvable scheduling conflict, send an email to cies2012.pr@gmail.com with “Request for Schedule Change” in the subject line by Feb 8, 2012. Include your paper title and reason for your request. It may not be feasible to accommodate all requests. Requests based on personal preferences for specific days or times will not be considered. Stay tuned for more information.

- Acceptance notifications were sent out on December 20, 2011. Submitters can log in to the online submission site here, and click on ‘Submit or Edit a Proposal’ to check on the status of their proposal. If, after checking the site, you are still unsure of the status of your submission, please contact the CIES 2012 organizers.
